Legal Precision.
Business Intelligence.
Boutique Accountability.
RM Global Law Firm is built on a simple premise — legal review should be performed and certified by the attorney you hire, accessible, accountable, and delivered by the attorney you hire, not layers of staff you never meet.
Built for Clients Who Need
More Than Standard Legal Services
RM Global Law Firm is a boutique D.C.-licensed law firm founded by Renae Miller, Esq., MBA — an attorney whose background spans legal practice, financial services regulation, and business strategy.
Before founding RM Global, Renae built her career at the highest levels of legal practice — serving as Risk and Regulatory Counsel at a major U.S. financial institution (Big 4 bank), and as a Senior Document Review Attorney across major national law firms and insurance companies. That experience gave her direct, hands-on expertise in legal billing compliance, outside counsel management, and eDiscovery review across platforms including Relativity, Reveal, Nuix, Everlaw, Logikcull, DISCO, and Opus2.
What distinguishes RM Global is the boutique model — clients work directly with Renae Miller, Esq., MBA on every matter. Review work is performed by the managing attorney directly, with U.S.-licensed contract attorneys engaged as needed for larger matters under direct attorney supervision. Every engagement is covered by a written agreement. Every work product is attorney-certified. Every finding is defensible.
Attorney-led, not volume-driven. Direct attorney oversight on every engagement.
Every engagement begins with a written agreement. Findings are structured, documented, and defensible.
Financial services regulation, document review, and outside counsel management — the exact experience your matters require.
Boutique attention. Direct attorney access always. No case managers between you and the attorney doing the work.
